Petr Rzeplinski - head of the implementation team

Petr is an excellent and versatile programmer, analyst and project manager. He participated on creating many large Czech, Slovak and also Polish online stores. The director of the company Petr previously worked for nicknamed him „Jágr“ and often talked about cloning him. Petr, as well as Jarda, is a good team-player with a strong drive and is a man of his word. He is the co-founder of Programia and is the head of the implementation team.

He is very reliable and manages to carry out even the most difficult projects and complete them successfully in regards to the quality as well as schedule. Clients who have worked with Petr are very reluctant to accept any substitutes, who have some really big shoes to fill in all the aspects of the project.

Petr is fluent in Polish and has participated on creating complex e-commerce solutions for Polis customers, be it an electronic B2B store with industrial electronics integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or fashion store based on social shopping with gigantic visitors load during peak hours and campaigns with tens of thousands eager customers accessing the site within one minute.

His entire professional career is focused on software and programming. He was creating and designing large applications such as information systems even for his first employer. Later he participated on the creation of the Emergency call centre in Ostrava and the application for emergency planning.

Up to 2013 he worked as a programmer, analyst and a project manager for NetDirect, the biggest online store producer in the Czech Republic. During the holiday season of 2013 he and his colleagues and friends decided to start own company, where Petr assumed the position of implementation projects manager. Thanks to his skills and experience he is a very important member of Programia team.

Petr likes sport and hiking. He is fascinated by new technologies and he spends most of his free time learning about software news, new programing languages and platforms.

1996 – 1999, Indusoft s.r.o., programmer, analyst, Galileo information system, application for ŽDB and Nová Huť Ostrava (presently Accelor Mittal)
1999 – 2005, MediumSoft a.s, programmer, working on applications for Emergency planning – Online application for state administration, CTV Ostrava, TCTV, line 112, etc.
2005 – 2013, NetDirect s.r.o., programmer, analyst, project manager, production and service of tens of e-commerce B2C and B2B projects, the last couple of years mostly VIP clients
2013 up to now, Programia s.r.o., business associate, head of implementation team, production of customized sophisticated B2C and B2B online stores, integration with book-keeping and ERP systems
