Pavel Kramný - technical director

Pavel has created hundreds of online stores in the Czech and Slovak Republic. He was the programmer, the analyst and later the project manager. He was mainly responsible for high-profiled customers with significant revenue and extensive level of customization (stores such as Parfums.cz, Oxalis.cz, Astratex.cz, Nutrend.cz, Uni-Max.cz, Shoppie.sk or Nay.sk).

He started his career literary from the scratch. He was a programmer, but soon he utilized his skills as an analyst on the Integrated rescue system project, which saves human lives up to the present days. Today, Pavel is a real specialist with wide knowledge and know-how of the e-commerce area and a very experienced manager. He is an MBA degree holder and has participated on many educational activities and courses with the focus on project management, time and stress management, SCRUM and Kanban project approach.

Between 2002 and 2012 he worked for the biggest online stores producer in the Czech Republic. He was the head of many key departments including the service and production department; he was also a project manager. Between 2011 and 2012 Pavel acted as the company‘s managing director.

Today Pavel is the CTO in his own company Programia s.r.o. The company was co-founded together with his former colleagues, who share the same passion for sophisticated software solutions with high degree of creativity. His decision to start his own business was influenced mostly by the change of direction of his previous employer, who has decided to focus on out-of-the-box solutions.

Pavel is a devoted innovator with a broad overview and a manager with focus on processes. He has a friendly approach towards the clients as well as his colleagues; he is reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help the customers in finding the most effective ways to reach their goals.

Pavel is a huge wine lover. He also enjoys reading fantasy literature, macro photography, digital cut, cycling, diving and golfing.

2002 - 2013, NetDirect s.r.o. (later Allegro Group CZ s.r.o.), programmer, analyst, project manager, head of service department, head of production, company managing director between 2011 and 2012; more than 1 000 clients in the e-commerce area
2013 up to now, Programia s.r.o. – business associate, managing and technical director, production of customized sophisticated B2C and B2B online stores, integration with book-keeping and ERP systems
